Smaller orders are usually packed in boxes and shipped by courier with tracking. Each canvas is individually protected before being packed for shipment.
How we ship your order
You don’t need to be a retailer or order in bulk to buy from us. We’re just as happy to ship a couple of canvases to your home as we are to prepare a full pallet for a studio or gallery.
Every order is packed with care. Canvases are individually protected with shrink wrap and added cardboard where needed, then securely boxed or loaded onto a pallet to keep everything stable and protected in transit.
Shipping method depends on the size, quantity and destination of your order.
Large or oversized orders
Larger orders may ship by courier or on a pallet, depending on size and destination. Pallet delivery is available to many residential addresses.
Free pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? Free pickup is available from our Laval or Verchères locations.
Working from home? No problem. We can arrange pallet delivery to many residential addresses, not just businesses!

What sizes can ship by parcel?
Stretched canvases ship in pairs.
For sizes up to 24 x 44 inches, a pair ships by courier at standard rates. Larger sizes may still ship by courier, with an oversize fee included. When the two sides together reach 80 inches, pallet or freight is normally more economical and we quote it.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Courier rates are based on the packed size, weight and destination, and are charged at checkout with the rest of your order. Pallet and freight shipments are quoted after the order is prepared and measured, and sent as a separate second invoice.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, we ship eligible products to the United States. Any applicable duties are calculated and charged at checkout.
Due to the current U.S. tariffs, wood products such as birch and masonite panels are temporarily unavailable for shipping to the United States.
When can I expect my order?
Most products are made to order. Estimated fulfillment times are:
- Canvas rolls: 5–7 business days
- Stretched canvas: 5–10 business days
- Wood panels, stretchers, and large or custom sizes: 10–15 business days
Once your order is ready, estimated shipping times are:
- QC and ON: 1–3 business days
- MB, SK, NB, NS, PE and NL: 3–5 business days
- AB and BC: 3–7 business days
- All other destinations: 7–14 business days
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, note any visible damage with the driver, keep the packaging, take photos, and contact us at orders@apollongotrick.com as soon as possible. You may also consult our Shipping Policy for additional information.

We have spent decades making products for artists, and from time to time that also means building the crate that gets the work where it needs to go. We make custom wooden shipping crates in our own workshop for canvases, artwork and oversized pieces.
Every crate is built to suit the piece it is protecting. Send us the dimensions and any particular shipping requirements, and we will take it from there.
